We had the standard king room which was unique and new-fashioned. A mini-bar, climate control and an individual safe were a huge plus.

The hotel was amazing, and I greatly enjoyed super staff and unique room. My room included climate control, a private safe and flat-screen television. Have stayed here many times and would go back in flash.

The hotel's convenient location makes it ideal for tourists on a short stay, with easy access to nearby restaurants and gambling options. The spacious rooms and warm swimming pool are some of our favorite features. Plus, the hotel staff provided exceptional service, with strong attention to detail in the meals served at the breakfast buffet and dinner.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim, not ideal for getting ready.

The interior design throughout is simply stunning, with our room being no exception. It was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a separate toilet and bath, a beautiful walk-in closet with a large mirror, and a cozy couch and table for dining. The heated seats in the toilet were a pleasant surprise, and the bathroom felt like a luxurious Japanese private bathhouse, complete with a wooden bathtub that allowed us to indulge in a long, soothing soak. The bed was large and comfortable, and the high-tech features, such as the TV with all the necessary information and controls, added a modern touch to our stay. The personalized setup for our anniversary was a heartwarming gesture, and the small matcha cake they provided was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated their commitment to sustainability by not using single-use plastic water bottles in the rooms. The quietness of the hotel and the beauty of the lobby further added to the overall exceptional experience. The suite itself felt like a grand and spacious house, with a grand piano in the living room and push-button operated curtains. The two fantastic bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and abundance of amenities made us feel like we had everything we could possibly need. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room remained peaceful throughout our stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Newport Performing Arts Theatre, and the proximity to the airport terminal was convenient. The breakfast buffet, which we highly recommend including in your stay, was beyond words, offering a wide variety of delectable options to suit every taste. The standout experience was made even better by Nikki from Reservations/Front Desk, whose impeccable service, genuine desire to assist, and warm smile made us feel incredibly comfortable and well taken care of. The overall ambiance of the place is wonderful, providing a peaceful and relaxing experience, especially when enjoying the Hinoki tub.
